Investment begins at $3,000 for a 6-month program, with higher levels of support available based on your athlete’s needs and goals.

About The Coach: Vanessa Luciani

Vanessa Luciani is a former NCAA basketball athlete who continued her career at the professional level, competing in high-performance environments that demanded discipline, structure, and consistency — both on and off the court.

 

Her journey through elite sport shaped the foundation of her coaching philosophy today. Having lived the transition from competitive athletics to high-level performance settings, Vanessa understands firsthand the demands placed on student-athletes — from managing pressure and expectations to building the habits required to succeed independently.

 

Beyond her athletic career, Vanessa has coached basketball and mentored athletes across various stages of development. She also spent over 10 years as a teacher, building a strong foundation in youth development, structure, and communication. Over the past decade, she has continued to grow her expertise in coaching, performance, and wellness — combining both worlds to provide a complete and structured approach to athlete development.

 

Her approach goes beyond performance alone — focusing on the full picture: nutrition, mindset, daily habits, and lifestyle. She works to help athletes build sustainable routines that support both their sport and their overall well-being, creating consistency in environments where expectations are high.

 

Vanessa is also a certified naturotherapist and a member of the Association des Naturothérapeutes du Québec (ANQ), bringing an added level of expertise in health, recovery, and long-term performance. Through her broader work in the wellness space — including as an expert in perinatal health — she has developed a deep understanding of the body, resilience, and the importance of building strong foundations that last.

 

Today, through her coaching, Vanessa supports the next generation of athletes in developing the structure, confidence, and discipline needed to thrive — not only in their sport, but in their academic and personal lives.

Her mission is simple: to ensure that every athlete she works with feels prepared, supported, and equipped to succeed at the next level.
