About Kim La Doula
My name is Kim Béland, a postpartum doula passionate about nurturing mothers through the tender fourth trimester.
My role is to offer gentle presence, hands-on support, and restorative care so every mama can experience a peaceful, nourishing recovery — surrounded by comfort and compassion.
Through my in-home visits, rituals, and postpartum care, I help mothers rest, reconnect, and feel truly supported during this powerful time of transformation.

A free initial consultation, a postnatal plan for engagements started in prenatal care, personalized postnatal support, a tea and snack at each visit, as well as availability via calls or texts between visits.

This package offers thoughtful and personalized support, focused on listening, presence, and practical help in your daily life.

Postpartum Baby Care
Postpartum can be a challenging time for many moms.
Between sleepless nights, hormonal adjustments, and new responsibilities, it's essential to rest and take care of yourself. By entrusting me with your baby during the postpartum recovery period, you're giving yourself space to breathe and recover, knowing that your little one is in good hands.
I can also care for older children while you rest with your baby.
Rates:
$45/hour; 3-hour minimum block

Duo à la Carte
Treat yourself to a moment of pure relaxation and reconnection with our new Duo à la Carte Treatments
During a single 1 to 2-hour visit, you can choose two treatments from the following:
• Soothing herbal bath
• Belly binding ritual
• Hand and calf massage
• Basic facial care
A gentle, restorative experience designed to warm your body, calm your mind, and honor the mama within you.
